How our specials work
The offers above are the ones we run most consistently, and they are aimed at residential customers. Prices shown are starting prices: the final figure depends on the square footage, the floor or fabric type, and the condition of what we are cleaning. We will tell you the number before we start, not after.
Call the office and say which special you are interested in. We will ask a few quick questions about the rooms or items involved, confirm what the offer covers in your case, and book a slot. Estimates are free, and there is no charge for asking.
What is included either way
- A walkthrough before we start, so we agree on the scope and you know the price.
- Pre-treatment of spots and traffic lanes rather than a single pass with a wand.
- Furniture moved and replaced where it is safe to do so.
- Honest advice about what will and will not come out. Some staining is permanent, and we would rather say so than take your money.
Worth knowing before you book
Carpet takes several hours to dry, longer in humid shore weather, so plan around it. If you are cleaning ahead of a holiday let changeover or a family visit, give yourself a day of slack. Pet urine treatment is a different job from general carpet cleaning: it has to reach the backing and the subfloor to work, which is why it is priced separately.
Specials change through the year and some are seasonal. If you saw something here previously that is no longer listed, call and ask anyway.
