Who the Cleaning Valet suits
This works best for small offices and storefronts with a handful of staff, low foot traffic and no specialist requirements: an insurance office, a small practice, a studio, a workshop front-of-house, a unit in a business park. It is the level of service that keeps a workplace presentable without paying for a full janitorial contract you do not need.
It is not the right fit if you have regulated cleaning requirements, high public footfall, or a building where the floors need real attention. In those cases a proper janitorial scope will serve you better, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a package that leaves you disappointed.
Scaling up when you need it
Because the additions come from the same menu we use for full commercial contracts, you can start small and grow the scope without changing supplier or renegotiating from scratch. Plenty of our larger contracts started as a weekly valet visit.
