What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Offshore Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services collects through offshorepropertyservices.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only. It does not cover information you give us over the phone or in person when we quote or carry out work, which we handle under the same principle: we use it to do the job you asked for and we do not sell it.
Information you give us
If you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. That is typically your name, phone number, email address, the address or type of property to be cleaned, and any details you add about the work you want done. We use it to reply to you, prepare an estimate, and schedule the job. If you become a customer, we keep it as part of our normal business records.
If you call a number shown on this site, we collect your phone number as part of the call, and calls may be recorded or logged for quality and scheduling purposes.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and how they arrived. This is reported to us in aggregate.
- Advertising measurement. When we run Google Ads, tags on this site tell Google when an ad click led to a form submission or a phone call, so we can measure whether the advertising is working.
- Call tracking. Some pages display a tracking phone number supplied by our customer management platform, GoHighLevel, so that a call can be matched to the ad or page it came from. Calls to a tracking number connect to our normal office line.
- Standard server and security logs, including IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.
Cookies

Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our office systems, and only so they can provide that service to us. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.
