Summer Rentals
If you own a home at the Jersey Shore in Ocean City, Longport, Margate, Avalon or Sea Isle City and rent it out all summer long we can help! Did you know as part of your regular cleanings you can include a sanitizing service for your rental? You summer renters will feel confident you are concerned for their health and well being by ensuring every part of you home is completely disinfected. We even provide on site signage to show your rental families the date of the the last sanitizing treatment to ensure they feel confident and safe in their surroundings durning their vacation. This is a very affordable treatment to provide or if you wish you can pass the cost along to your renters. Most summer rentals charge a cleaning service anyway and this could be an add on service for you to extend to them should they choose. In this era of social distancing and the COVID-19 Corona Virus, feeling safe and secure is everything when it comes to you & your family.

Rental turnover is a timing problem as much as a cleaning one. You often have a few hours between one party leaving and the next arriving, and everything visible has to be right in that window. We work to changeover schedules across Ocean City, Longport, Margate, Avalon, Sea Isle City and the surrounding shore towns, and can hold a recurring slot through the season so you are not rebooking every week.
- Carpet and upholstery, where sand, spills and damp accumulate fastest.
- Hard floors, tile and grout, including the bathrooms guests judge you on.
- Sanitizing of high-touch surfaces: handles, switches, remotes, rails and shared kitchen equipment.
- Area rugs, which can be collected, cleaned and returned between lets.
Start and end of season
The two visits that make the most difference are the ones either side of the season. A deep clean before you open gets rid of the closed-up smell that a property develops over winter and that guests notice within seconds of walking in. A deep clean at the end pulls out the sand and salt that a season of visitors has ground into the carpet, so it does not sit there through the winter working on the fibers.
Why it pays for itself
A rental review that mentions carpets or bathrooms costs more than the cleaning did. Guests forgive dated furniture far more readily than they forgive a property that does not feel clean, and the properties that hold their nightly rate are generally the ones that stay ahead of it rather than catching up in September.
