Most of our commercial contracts are recurring: the same building, the same crew, on a schedule we agree with you up front. That covers professional offices and law practices, banks and credit unions, dental and medical suites, schools and preschools, fitness centers, car dealerships, restaurants and retail units, and homeowner associations across Atlantic and Cape May counties.
The mix of tasks varies more than people expect. Some clients want a nightly janitorial round and nothing else. Others keep us on a light weekly schedule and call us in separately for the heavy work: carpet extraction, VCT stripping and waxing, hardwood, tile and grout, upholstery, windows or power washing. Because we do all of it in-house, you are not coordinating three different contractors around your opening hours.
